Ordered Home Inspection, Home Warranty, and Termite Reports and forward to the appropriate parties.
Track deadlines outlined in the your Purchase Agreement & alert you to approaching contingency removal deadlines
Become BFF with the lender during my periodic check-ins.
Keep all parties up-to-date on the status of the file.
Schedule closing appointments and final walk through and send reminders to you and your clients.
Confirm your broker all documents have been approved by your broker and CDA is delived to title.
